Hi! I’m Maahi, an Indian-American artist/illustrator based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I attended the California College of the Arts & graduated with a BFA Degree in Illustration, through which I honed the craft of visual storytelling. 

My work primarily specializes in the joint usage of theme, concept, & emotion. Exploring different messages and building new interpretations inspires me to discover new facets of my craft whenever I start a piece. My art carries diverse styles since I stylize according to the sentiment of the piece.

Illustrating concepts rich in emotion has been my passion. To convey a unique idea that captures & moves people is one of my favorite aspects of being an artist. I gain inspiration from writing poetry and watching cartoons and animated films.

For me, to illustrate is to communicate how we each see & feel our world.
